To meet the business needs of small to midsize companies, Racksquared offers colocation by the rack, by the half rack or by the unit. This flexibility allows customers to buy the space they need and grow as their business needs change.

Power
At the core of delivering 99.999% availability is making sure that the data center never loses power. Grid power enters our building and feeds multiple UPS systems that condition power and provide consistent power to the racks. A+B power is delivered to each rack where PDUs enable you to feed dual power supplies for all your equipment. Power is available in 120V and 208V @ 20 or 30AMP. In the event of a grid power outage, Racksquared has two generators standing by to feed the building. Each generator can support the building, providing us with an N+1 power supply.

Internet Connectivity
Internet connectivity is available in flexible increments starting at 10 Mbps, with burstable capacity up to 1 Gbps.
Racksquared maintains high-speed Internet connectivity from multiple providers, delivered through diverse paths that enter our facility from separate locations, including both aerial and buried lines. We own our IP space and use BGP to advertise our network across all providers, helping ensure that if one carrier experiences an outage, traffic is automatically rerouted through another carrier to maintain connectivity.

Network Infrastructure
Our business is keeping your business up and running. To do this our network infrastructure has to be fully redundant and self-healing. Once inside, we terminate into hardware that immediately creates diverse paths from the telco d-mark to the servers in the racks. Those diverse connections aren’t just in the data center, we utilize the same philosophy between our data centers, ensuring they are always connected.

The Racksquared Data Center’s are everything you would expect from a data center. Our environment is designed with a minimum of an N+1 configuration to ensure that in the event of a failure, your business continues to run without interruption. When it comes to security, we combine physical and logical security, with processes, procedures and policies that protect our business and yours. Annual 3rd party audits are performed to make sure we maintain SOC2, HIPPA and PCI compliance.

Migration to Colocation
The Racksquared facility is designed to make your move in go as smoothly as possible.
Our shipping/receiving area has a dock that enables you to back a truck in and roll your fully loaded rack off the truck and into our facility. All doors are double wide and 8’ tall making for an easy transition from dock to data center. If you aren’t bringing your own rack, our team is equipped with carts and server lifts to assist with unloading and racking your equipment. Once your hardware is in place, we can assist with cabling and establishing network connectivity.
